Delivery and dispatch

We appreciate every order placed with us and aim to process orders within 48 hours of receipt and dispatch within 3 working days. Orders placed at the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

You should therefore expect to receive your item within 5 working days of placing your order.

At busy times, or during holiday periods, we strive to complete orders as quickly as possible. In the unlikely circumstance that there is a delay in dispatching your order, we will let you know by email.

Please note that the Home Fun bundles may take 5-7 days to be received.


All prices include postage to addresses within the UK. An additional cost of £2.00 per item applies if more than one product is purchased. If you are ordering from an international address, please contact us for any additional postage costs.

Returns and refunds

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Busy Little Bears, but if you do have any issues do let us know!

If your goods are damaged or items are missing, we will happily provide a refund or replacement. Please contact us and include your order number, name and details. We may require you to send us photographic evidence.

If you change your mind about your purchase once you have received it, we are able to offer a full refund or exchange providing that you contact us within 7 working days of delivery. Please contact us and include your order number and name, and we will let you know how to return the product to us.

Products must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were received, or a refund will not be issued. We will require a proof of purchase to complete your return, so please include a copy of the order confirmation in your return package. It is recommended that you return any goods by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for return deliveries that fail to arrive to us. You will also be responsible for any postage costs incurred when returning the goods. Please also note that the original postage cost will not be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and advise when the refund is initiated. Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. We aim to do this as quickly as possible.
